I know it’s already April, but I’m finally getting a chance to share an update on the 2025 caroling season.
As each year passes, I’m more and more in disbelief at how fast the time has flown. I started Olde Towne Carolers in 2005. We were small; just six singers living in the greater Philly area. My mom made all our costumes. (She still makes most of them.). I actually used the old school yellow pages to seek out potential clientele back then.
Now we have over 170 singers in 10 states, and we continue to grow. Our clientele list is extremely long, impressive, and varied. I still manage all the operations of Olde Towne Carolers. When a client gets their contract, it was myself who drew it up. When it’s time to organize each season’s marketing, I make it happen. Scheduling the singers for all those gigs? Yup, that’s me too. And it’s myself who will listen to the singers who send in their recordings at audition time. I also make sure I get out there and sing a fair share of gigs during each caroling season. Over the years, I’ve mastered the administration required to run a business, but at heart, I’m a creative artist whose real passion is performing and reaching people with my voice. Getting out there and singing for our clients and audiences with my talented colleagues is what fills me with joy each holiday season!
Since all of the singers who carol for Olde Towne Carolers work directly for us (we never outsource or sub-contract to other companies), quite a number of them sing in more than one region, and over the years, we’ve had a decent amount of singers move and STILL be able to sing for us, just in a new region for them.

We sang at many of our regular favorite venues for cherished clients, such as Longwood Gardens, WFMZ Channel 69, Skytop Lodge, Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem, Easton Winter Village, Phipps Conservatory, Marriotts in NYC and Boston, Ladew Topiary Gardens, Tito’s Vodka, Center City Philadelphia, Nichols House Museum, Union League Philadelphia, Corropolese Bakeries, PA Ballet Academy, Southside Works Pittsburgh, Quakertown PA, Ocean Grove NJ, North End Shopping Stroll in Boston, Cambridge Housing Authority, Weymouth MA, Hazleton PA, Haymarket VA, Villanova Winter Festival, Cape May NJ, Hazletown PA, as well as so many private parties, country clubs, and retirement homes that welcome us back year after year.
Exciting NEW Clients
2025 welcomed some exciting new clients/venues such as: Winterthur Gardens, Zipcar Boston, Bolton Spring Farms MA, Light Up Night Pittsburgh, Lush Cosmetics, Eataly NYC, Plymouth Holiday Stroll, Treehouse Humane Society, Nordstrom, SC Johnson, North Country Christmas in Ticonderoga NY, and we were hired this year to sing pregame carols AND the National Anthem for the New York Islanders!

CAROL GRAMS:
We were the pioneers in creating the ever popular “Carol-Gram,” which is our holiday version of a singing telegram. It’s the perfect little musical moment to send as a gift or to have as a treat for your guests at your own party. Here are some fun Carol-Gram moments from this past season!
PITTSBURGH
In 2024, we expanded our services to Pittsburgh, and we had a strong second year there. We not only cover the actual city of Pittsburgh, but the entire region, as well as eastern Ohio. We even had singers who used to sing for us in other regions join the Pittsburgh roster this past season to round out our group there even further. Here are some highlights with our Pittsburgh region singers!
WFMZ – Channel 69 – Music Monday
Every year, we are delighted to sing during the morning news on WFMZ Channel 69 in Allentown, PA. This past year was no exception! We’ve sung for them annually since 2011!
LONGWOOD GARDENS
We are honored to be the official carolers of the exquisitely beautiful Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA. We perform there most afternoon/evenings throughout the entire holiday season. If you haven’t seen their holiday displays yet, make sure you book tickets for this next Christmas – it’s not to be missed!
SKYTOP LODGE
We are also priveleged to bring holiday cheer to the lovely guests at Skytop Lodge every weekend between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
BROADWAY SHOW OPENING
Olde Towne Carolers was asked back to sing for another Broadway play opening! Last year, we sang for opening night of the play “All In,” and this year we sang for opening night of the foll0w-up show, “All Out.” Both performances took place at Carmine’s in midtown Manhattan. EASTON WINTER VILLAGE
My mom grew up in Easton, PA and my sister lives there now; the city is a bit of a second home to me, so it’s always wonderful to sing there for their holiday festivities!
QUAKERTOWN TREE LIGHTING
Speaking of feeling at home – I’m always excited to sing for my own hometown’s tree lighting in Quakertown, PA.
ZIPCAR!
Zipcar was founded and is based in Boston, and they had a fantastic idea this year, which featured our carolers; The Carol Car! Our carolers had a great time spreading holiday cheer around Boston!
PIANO & VOICE DUO
In addition to carolers, we offer several other services, including our Piano & Voice Duo. I’m accompanied on piano by the talented Terry Musselman. Terry and I have been performing together for decades, as his daughter is not only one of my best friends since childhood, but she’s also our OTC webmaster!

In the beginning years of Olde Towne Carolers, I invited my dear singer friends to join the group, and as the years have gone by, I’ve gained many new wonderful friends in the colleagues who have later joined the company. After two decades of OTC, I can’t wait to see what the next 20 years hold for us!
