OLDE TOWNE CAROLERS – 2026 online auditions
Application Deadline: May 4, 2026

Olde Towne Carolers is seeking talented singers for the upcoming holiday season. The caroling season runs from mid-November through the end of December.
We are looking for new singers in ALL of our regional operating areas, specifically singers with good weekend and evening availability.
Olde Towne Carolers was founded in 2005 by Jennifer Graf (Soprano), who still owns and operates the company. We emphasize being a singer-run company FOR singers. Most standard gigs are at shopping malls, retirement homes, private parties, country clubs, corporate parties, etc, but we sometimes get very high profile gigs (opening for Pentatonix & Olivia Newton John, national commercial campaigns, national and regional television appearances, radio shows, etc.)
Indoor AND outdoor gigs.
REGIONAL OPENINGS:
Mid Atlantic Region: (Eastern PA, NJ, NYC, DE) Specifically interested in tenors and basses, but open to hearing all voice parts.
Pittsburgh area: Hearing auditions for ALL VOICE PARTS.
Boston Area:Hearing auditions for tenors and basses.
Chicago Area: Hearing auditions for tenors and basses.
Washington DC – Baltimore corridor: Hearing auditions for altos, tenors, and basses.
***While we are not seeking sopranos at this time in most regions, we will consider sopranos if they can commit to learning both soprano and alto for the season.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
*MUST read music
*Either a college degree in music, AND/OR previous equivalent professional singing experience
*Reliability – once you confirm a gig, there are no cancellations accepted.
*Excellent musicianship (ability to learn all music on your own)
*Fantastic Team Player
*Good performance skills and stage presence
*Ability to sing in English, German, Latin
*Ability to be flexible and think on your feet – our gigs and venues are extremely varied
*Must have reliable transportation! (We go to the clients’ venues for the gigs, and not all places are accessible by public transportation. This is something we have zero control over. ***Exception: singers in NYC who are singing gigs in NYC.)
New members will be required to attend at least ONE pre-season rehearsal in November. Rehearsals will most likely be online, but there is the potential to have in-person rehearsals; perhaps a combination of both options. Rehearsal details announced in the fall. (Rehearsals are unpaid.)
PAY: COMPETITIVE PAY FOR ALL GIGS!
AUDITION PROCEDURE:
*No live auditions. Online recordings/submissions only.
**If you previously auditioned for us and we weren’t able to offer a spot at the time, please send another email so we can make sure you’re back on our radar.
